$12 for each short-sleeved blue t-shirt and $14 for 2x & 3x

Sizes available: Youth: small, medium & large; Adult: small, medium, large, XL, 2x & 3x

Orders are due Tuesday, July 15, 2008

Your ordered t-shirts will be distributed at Champs.  Normally there are very few extra shirts to purchase at Champs, so order one now.  Tear off the order form below and return it with payment to team representative Maryann Shook.
